Champions League - Schalke beat Inter Milan 5-2

Inter Milan are now on the verge of failure to maintain its status as defending champions Champions League.
Defending champion Inter Milan's Champions League have to swallow humiliating defeat when entertain Schalke at the San Siro on Wednesday (6 / 4) pm dawn. Had excellent early goal by Dejan Stankovic fast, seems like the slanting Inter must be willing to give up 5-2 in first leg Champions League quarter-finals.
Doing the match at the Giuseppe Meazza, Wednesday (04/06/2011) pm dawn, Inter fail to please tens of thousands of supporters after giving up with the score 2-5.
Certainly no one thought could Schalke ravaged La Beneamata in front of his own supporters. Excellent quick goal by Dejan Stankovic (1), Schalke could force Inter bite the finger after 5-2 last until the whistle ended.
Is Joel Matip (17 '), Edu (40' & 76 '), Raul Gonzalez (53') and an own goal Ranocchia Andrea (57) which makes Leonardo Araujo troops bowed sluggish. Meanwhile, Diego Milito could only bring Inter winning 2-1 in the second minute to be my worst nightmare 34. The second half became worst nightmare for Inter. Schalke managed to make three additional goals by Raul, Andrea Ranocchia an own goal and Edu.

In this match, Inter played with 10 men after Cristian Chivu was expelled to the outside of the field. Romania defender had received a second yellow card after breaking hard Edu.

With this result the defending champion a chance to qualify for the semi-finals is very small because they have to win by a margin of at least four goals without reply.

Inter will play second leg at the Veltins Arena middle of next week. But, seeing these results breezed into the semi-final Inter opportunities fairly thin.
